Located in the picturesque village of Bachingou, east of Haut-Nkam division, in Bana subdivision, Mount Bachingou is a peak culminating at an altitude of 2097 metres, which also covers part of Balengou on its east part. It ranks as one of the highest mountains in Cameroon.
